All payments should be processed through the Gen
21 app before work begins. This system ensures that all financial
transactions are streamlined and managed efficiently.
Advance payments will be displayed in the Gen
21 app. Please check the confirmation SMS sent to your phone for verification
of the payment.
Please note that the price may change after an inspection.
Terms and Conditions for Services
These
Terms and Conditions apply to the lawn care services provided by Gen
21 ("we," "us," or "our") to you, the
customer ("Client" or "you"). By using our services, you
agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.
Service Agreement
By
requesting our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the scope
of services as outlined in your booking confirmation. Any changes to services
must be discussed and agreed upon in writing before work begins.
2.
Payment Terms
we may
require a deposit before starting the work and progress payments based on
milestones. Invoices will detail all charges, and any discrepancies should be
reported within 7 days of receipt.

3.
Scheduling and Access
Services
will be scheduled online at Gen21 app agreed time between the Client and our
team. The Client must ensure that the property is accessible to our team and
that all necessary areas are free of personal belongings or obstructions. If we
are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, additional charges may
apply for rescheduling. We are not responsible for any damage caused by
improperly secured or hazardous items.
4.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations
or rescheduling requests must be made at online based before the scheduled service.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of
[Cancellation Fee Amount].
5.
Warranties
We
cannot provide a warranty on workmanship for a period of date of completion.
The warranty covers defects in materials and labor but does not include normal
wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Warranty claims must be reported
within the warranty period to be eligible for coverage.
6. Liability and Damage
Gen21 is not liable for damage
to hidden fixtures or utilities, such as sprinkler systems, cables, or drainage
systems, unless previously disclosed by the customer. We recommend marking
these areas or informing our team beforehand.
We are
insured, and any damages directly caused by our team during service (previously
disclosed) will be handled in accordance with our insurance policy.
7. Client
Responsibilities
- The client must remove personal
belongings and fragile items from the service area before we begin work.
We are not liable for damage to personal items that are not removed.

Access
to Property: The
customer is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled
service time. If our crew is unable to access the property, we may charge a
service call fee.

Pets
and Hazards:
Customers must ensure pets are secured and hazardous items are removed from the
work area to ensure the safety of our crew.
8.Pesticides and Chemicals
In the
event that pesticides or chemicals are applied to the lawn, the customer will
be informed prior to application. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep
people and pets away from treated areas for the recommended time.
9.
Health and Safety
Our
team follows all necessary safety protocols during services. If there are any
health hazards (e.g., mold, pests) on the premises, you must inform us prior to
service. If a safety hazard is detected, we may pause or cancel the service
until the issue is resolved. However, the customer is responsible for keeping
children, pets, and vehicles at a safe distance from work areas.
10.
Permits and Regulations
For
certain services, permits may be required by local authorities. We will inform
the Client if permits are necessary, but it is the Client’s responsibility to
ensure that the necessary permits are obtained prior to the start of work. Any
delays due to lack of permits may result in additional costs.
11.
Use of Third-Party Contractors
In
certain circumstances, we may use third-party contractors to fulfill some
services. All third-party contractors are vetted, and we ensure their work
meets our quality standards.
12.
Force Majeure
We are
not responsible for delays or inability to complete the work due to
circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, pandemics, labor
shortages, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with the
Client to reschedule services as soon as feasible.
13.
Termination
Either
party may terminate the agreement for any reason by providing written notice.
If the Client terminates the agreement after work has begun, the Client will be
responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination, as
well as any expenses incurred for materials. Immediate termination may apply in cases of breach of
terms, such as non-payment or safety violations.
Gen 21 reserves the
right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be
notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services after
such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
